hi guys so in few months ( probably in the summer ) im going ot get getting my 1st tattoo im excited but im having some trouble deciding on the “shape” and color
this is what i want:

i want to make the phoenix a little bit bigger and get rid of that celtic sign for eternal life and maybe get some swirly smoke or some clouds there and the banner is not working for me too
im going to get it on my left arm its going to like 1/4 sleeve

also i want to get an eye of horus/eye or ra but i want to twist it a bit im a huge fan of the finnish band called “HIM” so i though about getting the heartagram which is the band’s symbol in the eyeball so that it will look a bit different than the original so here is the eye or ra/horus:

as for the eye of horus im thinking 6 inches inches and not on my wrist

I’m still so up-in-the-air on the design for my first tattoo.. I’m pretty sure I want some celtic knotwork mixed with.. something else.

I took out the extra diamond because I’m just not too crazy about it.

I just edited in a circle woven in the same fashion that the original diamond was.

Circle is a little too tight to flow with the rest of the image right now but it’s hard to position those buggers!

please I do not men any disrespect but I am curious only since I am tattooed and am going to get a chinese goddess on my back, during my search for reference I noticed very little chinese people with Celtic symbols, or any thing from any other culture for that matter, but I see tone of caucasians with Indian inspired, chinese inspired and so on, and yes I have seen Scottish and Irish people with Celtic symbols, but not the other way? just an observation, and I was hoping to not have any disrespect over the tattoo I am getting I love Asian art, poetry, and legends.
I do already have some Asian inspired tattoos, peonies and cherry blossoms that were based on a 16th century piece of art, the goddess I want to get is from the book beautiful women by Hwa San-chieun, I am not worried what people think I am curiouse?
